"What's the most important material to start with?"
Blackout curtains — because light suppression is the neurological prerequisite for melatonin production. No other material will work optimally if light is present. After blackout: add visual routine chart. These two alone often produce the first measurable improvement.
"My child is 3 years old — is the weighted blanket safe?"
