8 Questions Every Parent of a Movement-Sensitive Child Asks
How long before I see results?
Most families see first indicators — even a 3-second tolerance increase — within 1–2 weeks of consistent practice. Meaningful daily-life changes typically appear at 4–8 weeks. Full integration into typical activities: 3–6 months. Individual variation is completely normal and expected.
My child is 8 — is it too late to start?
Absolutely not. Neuroplasticity for vestibular recalibration is active throughout childhood and beyond. Results may take longer than with a 3-year-old, but outcomes are documented across all ages. Start now.
Should I push my child or follow their lead?
